Mark R: Mountain Biker

Chris provides customized workouts in a structured program specific to Mountain Biking and is readily available for chats and encouragement. This program is keeping me focused and motivated to work towards my fitness goals.

The online training works well with my hectic schedule as the workouts are completed at home. This allows to complete my workouts at various times of the day or night depending on my schedule and energy level.

Upper body mobility has improved as well as my cardio and leg strength.
