Jodi T: In-Season Strength Training Plan

Historically, I just quit the gym in the summer but wanted to try something else as moving to a mountain town has increased my weekday mountain activities. 

My goal was to find a program that made me feel successful at following a plan even during the summer months.

I wanted a 2 day/week strength training plan that I could follow to sustainably maintain some strength and the habit of going to the gym while also being "in-season", biking 2-4x/week and hiking/paddling the other 3 days/week.

I really enjoyed the split-stance variations on the exercises in the training plan. I think they crossed over to riding and being able get my heels down for steep/chunky terrain better. I definitely found I had more endurance in my "downhill legs" this year vs other years as well.
